What is State Of Gadgets Store shipping policy?

It's simple. Your purchase either qualifies for free shipping, or it doesn't. Every item that ships for free is marked "Free Shipping" next to the price on the product detail page. No hidden fees or surprise product exclusions, though you can choose to upgrade to faster delivery options, if available, for an additional fee.

We understand that you may be working on a special project and need to receive items by a certain date. We can't control delays caused by carriers or bad weather, so we now offer in-transit updates via the provided tracking number. It isn't fun waiting or wondering, so this free service gives you full visibility of your order.

Are there any exceptions?

  • Deliveries are not typically made on Saturdays or Sundays
  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APOs
  • If you live in a non-contiguous U.S. state or territory—in Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands—additional fees or shipping restrictions may apply.
  • Free Shipping offers are only offered for orders being shipped to a single address within the 48 contiguous U.S. states and the District of Columbia, but sometimes shipments to other countries may offer free shipping as well.

How do I know if an item ships free?

You'll know if something ships for free because we've marked every product with "free shipping" next to the price on the product page. You can even search for items that specifically offer free shipping, by using our "free shipping" filter on search pages

When will my order ship?

If your item does not ship on the same day, orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

Where do my packages ship from?

State Of Gadgets Store ships most orders from our distribution partners across the globe. We also work with our manufacturers and other third party fulfillment centers to fulfill your orders in the most efficient way.

Why did I receive multiple shipping confirmation emails?

We try and ship orders in as few packages as possible, though sometimes we have to source a product direct from the manufacturer or another third party supplier. When this happens, you receive a shipping notification email for each shipment.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times depend on your exact location, but most of our high demand products only take 15-20 days for shipping to the US, and 12-35 days for international shipping.

When will I get my tracking information?

Your tracking information should arrive via email in 48-72 hours of placing your order. However, tracking information may take an addition 2-3 days to display the information. The reason for this is the first tracking even only shows up when the shipment has been fulfilled and verified.

Why is my shipment status not updating?

Your shipment may be delayed by a variety of factors, such as weather incidents, customs, or backlogs. Tracking information only displays when your order is shipped. If you bought a custom made, high demand, waitlist, pre order, or other special promos, there may be lag or wait time.
